Co-FounderI started my career in Change Management Consulting, working with a variety of global organisations to deliver M&A and Change Management projects. From there I became the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy and Talent for a 2,000 strong outsourcing business, running strategic programmes, redesigning the business’ governance framework and implementing a new leadership training programme. In my most recent position, I was COO of an AI FinTech start-up before starting The Bibi Partnership with Laura in 2021.

I started my career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst and made my way to MD at ING Barings. I have played pivotal roles in extraordinary success stories and lead teams through downturns and crises. I have a pragmatic style mixed with a high degree of creativity, agility, positivity and polite directness, which I believe helps me drive/nudge through change. For the past 20+ years I have worked as consultant and coach; my clients being from a diverse pool of industries, cultures and organisational profiles.
